Shipping & Policy

Even though is not a common situation, packages can get lost in the mail. So PLEASE do not send me the very last of your valuable inclusions.

All shipments will be made with USPS services.

Ann Keepsake Jewelry is not responsible for, stolen or lost packages or any other situation that is not in our hands. You are going to receive a tracking number when your label is created so you can be aware of the exact location of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Money will not be refundable; every case is different. In special cases, a credit to the store will be granted.

For 30 days after receiving your order, you will be covered if there's any breakage or damage.

If you need to make any changes to your order after we receive it shoot me an email as soon as possible, if we already started working with your jewelry, we are not making any changes to the order. (This applies to all personalized pieces).

The warranty does not apply if you don’t like your keepsake; I promise to do my very best to make the perfect jewelry with your precious inclusions and follow your instructions or preferences.

 

If you have any special requests, you can send me an email with your notes or draw and I will try my best to make it happen.
