About Our Leather

HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY

This is no ordinary jewelry; my pieces hold those very special inclusions of yours.

The liquid gold that kept your precious baby fed & healthy.

The very first hairs you cut or the Umbilical Cord that for a while kept you connected to the love of your life.

As a mother, I can understand the sentimental value a piece of jewelry like this can have.

My only wish is that you follow my instructions on how to take care of your jewelry, so you have a precious keepsake for life.

Every piece is made with very durable products; even though you need to take special care of your jewelry so you can spend years with a piece of beautiful jewelry.

To make your jewelry durable you should:

• Avoid swimming (pools, baths, beach), showering, steam rooms, and working out while wearing your jewelry.

• Do not use jewelry cleaners. To clean your jewelry only use a soft polishing cloth.

• Please do not use harsh chemicals, products containing alcohol could dull the finish on your jewelry. (In case this happens we can fix it for you, you just must shoot me an email). annkeepsakejewelry@gmail.com

• Please allow your skin to absorb any perfume or lotion before wearing your jewelry.

• Store your milk keepsake in a jewelry bag/box away from heat, direct sun light or moisture.

UNIQUENESS

Every handcrafted piece is 100% one of a kind; yours is not going to look like anybody else. Shades and colors may vary, (Breastmilk can have all tons of white or even yellow), you can always choose white pigment or shimmers to change the natural color.

Please be sure to have your finger professionally sized before ordering. Please note that your ring size may change during pregnancy or within 5 months postpartum, since swelling may affect your usual ring size. Make sure to review all options before ordering, including ring sizing.
